    Making a stout today and accidentally used flaked wheat instead of flaked barley in the mash. What effects, flavour or otherwise, will have on the stout? Around 900gms to a 24 litres batch. Cheers Simon

    White Rabbit Dark On Tap

    For those local to Bendigo Went to the Golden Vine last week and was pleasantly surprised to find White Rabbit Dark Ale on tap as well as Fat Yak and Little Creatures. Added to this, the Mount Edgecombe has Prickly Moses and Speckle Hen on tap. Simon

    Hello BAD members After bottling my first 12 Brews (last 6 AG) I am thinking of getting into kegs (sick of washing and filling bottles). I can purchase CO2 cylinders easy enough but is there a place in Bendigo where I could get them refilled. The cost of using BOC hire makes that not option...

    Wizard Smith Ale Ag Clone Recipe.

    Tried a Wizard Smiths Ale last night and found it very pleasant. Seeing I can't get on the mainland I though I would have a go at making something similar. So I looking for an all grain clone recipe. It does mentioned on the label about being dry hopped with EKG. Any suggestion? Thanks Simon
