Brewlord - We Have A Problem

Just going through a similar problem too. This time though, the bottles have been in the cellar for about 4 months and are now starting to be 'foamers' rather than 'gushers'. Never used to have this problem when I primed each bottle individually, had some hang around fine for three years, but...

    2010 Brewing Resolutions

Resolutions??? Blimey, not good at these, but here goes... 1. Brew something other than IPA or stout. There, that should do it.

    Sydney Bottle Shops.

Another shop, which is probably pushing the boundaries of 'Sydney' is Leura Cellars. Always make a stop whenever I'm in the area, even if I'm not too close to the area. Good selection of Euro and UK stuff, and also Unibroue and a few others. Also worth it for their selection of Aussie stuff...

    A Brew To Age

Having made, and drank, 37 brews in just over four years, I'm thinking about making one that needs to sit for a while. Introduce Yourself.

Well, I have just a couple of bottles held back, more to check progress over time. I brew because I like to drink it and to share it, not to enter into shows, or because I really want to spend a few hours in the kitchen when I could be painting the dining room, or any of that crap! Have had...

    Meetup Saturday 19.10.09

Hey Newbie on the Beaches - live in Manly, been brewing a few years, fan of the 4 Pines. Would be interested in joining a tasting sesh, and put up a beer for tasting too! Cheers Lee

    Introduce Yourself.

G'day I'm new to this site, but have been brewing for about 4 years - managed to bottle 37 brews in that time, and have drunk them all! I started making my own because I couldn't find the style of beer I like in Australia - I've been in Australia 6 years but am from the Westcountry in England...
