Are You A Homebrewer Or A Craftbrewer?

I used to homebrew, but those days are long gone and below me, for now I craft my brews. I pick the grains, hops and yeast that I want to brew with. Face it guys, what's nearly the first thing that goes on in someones mind when you tell them you homebrew? I'll tell you, they think your a...

    Where Can I Buy Snpa?

I bought a couple of snpa's from G&G a while ago. One of the nicest beers of bought - I'm a mad keen APA style beer drinker. Personally, lcpa doesn't even come close to it. I think lcpa has been watered down from what it used to be years ago, though that is only my personal opinion. If you can...

Ducatiboy Stu - Embroided Ahb Shirts

I'd be happy with either design, though I think I prefer the top/first shirt pictured with only the piping.

    February It Is

Haven't had a beer since Jan 31, I'm over the half way mark. Tell me, what was the point of all this  I think I've lost around 3 kilo's, but really need to lose around another 12-15kg to get to where I'd really like to be. By my calculations that will mean no more beer for at least...

    U Brew It

I teamed up with another bloke and brewed a sierra nevada pale ale clone and was pleasantly surprised at how good it tasted. It was actually a very nice drop. My only criticism of the place is the price: $160 for ~50 litres = $30 a slab.....not exactly cheap for "homebrew", though much nicer...

    Immersion Chillers And Water Restrictions

Chillout man  (parden my pun) Oh, btw, my tank fittings cost me more than my tank. I never felt obliged to get a tank I just wanted to be able to (legally) waste water if I wanted to

    Immersion Chillers And Water Restrictions

Tony, I used to nochill overnight with my 20-23lt batches, I found that my wort was still a little too warm the following morning, for pitching yeast. I'd be surprised if a 50lt batch dropped down to the req'd temp overnight, but hey, only one way to really know. Furthermore, I've recently...
