I would have to say going electric, no more worrying about running out of gas. By far the best things I have ever bought were my Hermit controller and coil. Also going back to my grass roots of brewing BIAB and having lots of fun with it.

Was milling my grain and i saw these things moving around the bucket there were quite a few. Can i still brew with this grain

Might have to give this a go this year, hopefully get some feed back on my beers to try and improve them.

Not to sure if this is a stupid question but can your gas line, regulator and connection fittings hold infections (bacteria). I have had my keg set up for a few years now and i have never cleaned that side of the system, only the keg gas connections. How would you clean that side of the set up...

I have 2 of these for sale a counter flow chiller and a plate chiller the counter flow chiller I made myself and I am asking $100 it works very well. The plate chiller has only been used a few times its still in good condition needs a good clean hasn't been used in a couple of years $90.

Sorry for the late reply it's in a keg. I was always under the impression that the longer you age them for the smother they get.
