    M44 Mangrove Jacks

    Brewed a Pale Ale and now IPA using M44. IPA was on first beer slurry. Both high >85% attenuation; 1.048 to 1.005 (5.5%) and 1.057 to 1.006 (6.7%). Didn't cold crash the first beer before kegging so it's still pretty murky 1 week in the keg. Will cold crash the ipa in the fermenter and the ditch...

    I remember I got the same email about feedback. If they just reworded their message to "if you have an issue contact us to resolve the problem before giving negative feedback" that may be a better way to communicate with purchasers.

    Nice Mr b. Wow start with 1g. How r u storing the remainder of the pack? Any special considerations? The yeast companies say it must be used in a manner of days after opening I presume due to contamination concerns.

    Just put a temp controller on a second hand fridge. Easier effective and fairly cheap. Most do it this way. I have stc1000 but i see newer things like inkbirds.

    I thought the don't make a starter with dried yeast argument was based on cost. But a few dollars of DME would be cheaper than three extra packs offered yeast
