    Are My Keg Seals Leaking

    just got home all excited with new [2nd hand] keg under my arm, after cleaning & sterilising i filled with clean water and tipped it upside down and it leaked outta the top, but when i gas it up it seems to hold pressure. did the old car valve trick and rub spit around the lid and no bubbles...

    New At Larger Yeast

    just put on a morgans pilsner and it's the first time i have used a different yeast. it was saflager yeast, i know when brewing with a larger yeast it is tobe brewed at around 12-15 deg.but will this make it ferment for longer or is it the normal 7-10 days.... <_<
