    Gb Priming Rate

    gday all, I've got a GB in the bucket that calls for Bulk Priming with 130gm Caster Sugar and 750ml Buderim Ginger Refresher. Any ideas on gm per litre this ends up at ? Not quite sure how to work it out. Volume in the fermenter is 22lt before priming. thanks yardglass

    Temperature Control

    Hi guys, I'm interested to know if it's necessary to keep the secondary at a controlled temp once it's been Racked. I've had an Ale @ 18* for 7 days and am about to Rack it, I figure all the work has been done... Right ? I would like to free up the brew box for a Lager. Thanks Yardglass

    Coopers Wheat

    Hey Guys, I put down a Coopers Wheat yesterday, does anyone know if the supplied yeast is K97 or not? It has a W stamped on it which would suggest Wheat, just wondering if it's a SAFwheat or not ? thanks yardglass :chug:
