    Bavarian Weissbier Tips

I have been trying for a long time to make a decent Hefe. Next time I try your recommended 40/60 wheat/Munich combo. Question: what temperature do ferment at ? Thanks

Review: My First Toucan (believe The Hype)

I've done something similar. Coopers Dark Ale Coopers Lager 350gm White Sugar 250gm Golden Syrup US05 yeast 25 litres Surprising it was not that bitter. Very good in fact. Maybe next time add some Crystal Malt.

Cooper Lager Kit + Cooper Stout Kit

Hi Jimmy If you do it with all the above your brew will be just above 7%abv @23 litres If you do it without the 1kg of sugar it would be just around 5%abv @ 23 litres. Either way would be OK. How strong do you wanted.?

Cooper Lager Kit + Cooper Stout Kit

I've done a Coopers Dark Ale and Lager together. Turn out a dark red colour and surprising not too bitter. Just a hint of burnt roasted malt. Very nice. The stout and lager mix should be good also.

    Carbonation In Bottles

For some unknown reason my brews take a good 8 weeks if not closer to 12 weeks to get good carbonation in bottles. I primary ferment for 2 - 3 weeks so it could be low on yeast in the bottle.
