Firstly thank you all for this forum. Lots of info to be found. I have been brewing kits for years but now waiting for a Grainfather S40 to arrive. Wholegrain brewing is on a whole new level, and I am struggling with the technicalities. But hopefully you guys n girls can help! Thanks once again.
