I have purchased a rapt chamber and pill.
Made a profile for my Coopers cerveza.
First step heat at 21 degrees till the SG falls to 1008.
Second step cold crash to 2 degrees.
For some reason it started cold crashing at an SG1025.
Any reason this might have happen.
I have deleted the cold crash...
