    Am experimenting now with a small batch without yeast. Just apples. And allready I can see digfernace in color and taste. I started it at 19 Brix. And now it's at 5.5 according to the calculator that's below 1 Sg. So I guess it's time to bottle . Where I live I can't get my hands on beer or wine...

    I use an online calculator to convert brix to Sg. And are right am stuck at 5 right now.. Am aiming for sparkling cider. An worried if I bottle it ad it is the yeast won't eat the sugar. I mean it looks safe to bottle as thr SG hasn't moved in over a week.

    Saudi is a changed country these days. No one really cares what u are doing as long as u are not shouving it in their face. Plus am doing this strictly for myself. So yeh its pretty much fine.
