    Keg and Beer Line Cleaning

For the lines and taps I find that removing, breaking apart and soaking in PBW is great for that through occasional clean, I use the kegland cleaning pump and an old coke bottle for the more regular cleans - its cheap and works extremely well. Gas Free Ball Lock Line Cleaning Kit (Yellow Hand...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Excellent - Every brewday I find things that I have run out of / broken or just want to replace and I just add them into my wishlist for the next time I make a purchase. It saves me a fortune in shipping fees.

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Kegland. Is there any plan to upgrade the G20 Glycol chiller to interface with the RAPT platform? The RAPT chamber is far far too large for me to be able to justify / fit anywhere and I belive there is a hole in the market for a good value and well sized smart glycol system for all those...

I would fully support the option of having the inline regs shipped with a choice of gauge. It sounds like I used them in the same way in that I have a 4 x way manifold set up within my kegerator and never need to go above 15 PSI.

Once you start legging you won’t look back. Not having to clean and package into bottles is life changing. I went away from brewing after a while because of bottling being such a pain. Since I moved to kegs I have started to really see the joy in brewing and my god I am heading head first down...

    Discount codes

They apparently post codes on FB - but won't publish them elsewhere for some reason; and yes we have asked as not all of us use FB...

    50ltr , or 19ltr Kegs

I am impressed by anyone who could a. Regularly consume a 50l keg before it starts to turn and b. Wouldn’t prefer to have some variety in what they drink.

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Hi - Currently looking to improve my end product by investing in temperature control for fermentation. Have been looking at going down either the Glycol route or getting Rapt Temp controller + 2nd hand fridge. Can you comment on the pro's and cons of these two options? I am also keen to get...

Coopers Longneck pressure rating? Carb level for hard ginger beer?

Maybe a silly question, but all I see in the forums is discussion about bottling ginger beer. Do many people keg it - or is there a good reason not to? I have spare space in the kegerator and it would earn me brownie points plus be great for the lazy part of me that hates bottling. Sorry if...

Ginger Beer Recipe - Scratch Brew No Kit

So I am interested in how spicy these ginger beers come out. My favorite ginger beer is Idris from the UK, which is incredibly spicy, with an intense ginger hit. From what I understand this is achieved by over dosing the Ginger? If that is correct how far have you gone to increse the ratio of...

    Kegland Flow Stopper

Yes. I do generally use it but as above it tends to stop a little early. As soon as the foam hits it the little ball just seals and stops the flow. I then need to remove it, flush the foam and re-start. On a corny keg that is fine, but on a smaler 5l one its a bit of a pain. When I get...

That is really interesting to me and definitely a great reason for me to continue to invest in the RAPT ecosystem. I know this is not going to be for all - and some traditionalists won’t like it but for me this hearalds a new era in brewing and should make home brewing even more accessible than...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Kegland You must be generating great insights from all of the data collected by the RAPT platform. Is this something that could be used to build more intellegence for example around mash or fermentation profiles? I love watching my fermentations but am looking at the data and would love to...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Kegland. A few pages back you mentioned that you were looking to release keg bladders as an alternative to needing to use beer engines. I have had a look on your site and cannot find them? Are they available yet, and if not are they still something you are working on?

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Thanks for the reply. I am not sure I see it as breaking a promise - as it doesn’t come across as a unique location those codes would be shared. As far as the idea of using a spoofed email goes that doesn’t get close to solving the issues with FB. Their behaviour, attitude to privacy and lack...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Hi. I understand that you post discount codes and special offers to your facebook site - had you considered also posting codes and offers on AHB or other focused home brewing platforms? There are many of us who don’t use facebook and other mass social media platforms due to privacy and other...
