Tried it on the weekend liked it, but damn there is some hops in there. Really enjoyed their wheat beer. Pale ale was sold out !!!!

Poured off my layer of yeast sitting on the top of my sample jars and diluted with some more boiled cooled water. Yeast sank of perfectly when diluted. Yeast is now in vials ready for my next brew thanks for the help and responses. Still don't really understand how it managed to sit on top of...

WTF yourself mate, he does it for a living and a successful one at that........ Don't see any of your beers on bottle shop shelves. The one brewed at the snow was IMO a very good beer, throughly enjoyed it. Dont know if the one in the bottle is the same as the one at the brewery.

What was your outcome, were you able to store any in vials. Or did you just you just have the yeast still sitting on top when FG had been reached???

Now to just get it into my sample vials, as cleanly as possible. hmmmmm......
