    Formula needed

that's perfectly fine, you want some headspace for foaming during active fermentation Hell, most of the time I do 21-ish litre batches in a 50L fermenter and have no issues whatsoever

This issue got raised all the way back when no chill was originally began (in it's current form) around 20 years ago, and I have not once seen any cases of botulism Myself I've done hundreds of no chill beers, maybe 5 have resulted in ditched brews because the cubes puffed up, but every other...

The Best Hard Seltzer - White Claw or Moon Dog Clone

fermented seltzer is poop imho, unless you're carbon filtering you'll always have some undesired flavours (ain't nobody got time fo' that) for kegging, 1L of 96% ABV neutral alcohol, flavour to your choosing (I use 2L of diet rite cordial) and good filtered water to bring the total upto 19L...

    "Commercial" Ginger Beer

Almost all of the "Ginger Beers" made by CUB etc are just flavours mixed with soda water & vodka, so it's near on impossible to replicate them unless you can find the flavour mix they're using and then mix it down with home made neutral spirit & good filtered water
