    My 3V brew build.

The frame and tipper I had built for me. That flat pot on wheels is a 150lt pot belly boiler that I use as a multipurpose vessel. Yeah I designed and built the controller. It's a pain to post pics here sometimes. Last test I did I was getting 1degree a minute heat up with almost 150lt ;)

    My 3V brew build.

Do videos work? Work shop is not RCD protected, similar to the stove. The controller also has a 50amp inlet fuse and 75amp line contactor that feeds it's own distribution board. The distribution in the controller is all feed by RCBOs. Yes the boiler was a commercial dough mixer bowl. The...

    Kettel hole punches

Yeah, that's a pain, though with the thick red washer it buys in and allows ya to tighten with ought to much need to grip the bulk head. As for fitting the male threads to female threads with nowhere to put a spanner, now that's doing my head in haha.

    Kettel hole punches

I think 22.5mm is a little big. I did 22.5mm as the nano brewery kettel come stock with 22.5mm so wanted to keep everything the same. As for sealing, thus far, everything has sealed well, though I have a but of different fittings on my ball valves. (Cheeky peak quick seal valves)

    Kettel hole punches

Just a cheaply off ebay. 2 for 35bucks. Wanted to check fitments, etc before going all out. These ones open at about 30-40 degrees, but electrically dont close again till about only 5 or 10. Still will protect those elements. These are the ones I bought. And here's a ebay seller with a few...

    Kettel hole punches

Love the Q-max sheet metal punches. 22.5mm punch, knocked out 4 holes in under 5 or so minutes. Not even any work hardening (not including the time to measure off etc) Such a great investment.

    5500w ULWD ripple elements

Sorry the weldless bulkheads were from still dragon. It's a t500 pot adaptor I think they call it. The elements are dernord. SD doesnt have 5500w elements unfortunately. I made the dude for the elements an offer of 60 each and he said yes for 4. So they were super cheap, probably wount last long.

    5500w ULWD ripple elements

The weldless bulkhead or the elements? The weldless elements are from still dragon, they are designed for some flat lid on a still or something but they've worked an absolute treat on my 165lt nano kettel

    Kettel hole punches

Thanks mate. Yeah she a slow growing project. Wow your set up looks hektic as haha. You write a manual? Love the sight glass for seeing the wort clarity. The stand is half half. The tipper is a stolen idea so had it made, the shelving, pump brackets, wort chiller mount and disconnect panel is...
