    i had a height issue in my fermentation fridge at one stage(from memory) so used glad wrap and rubber bands (all joined together to make one large desired size band) no issues at all. continued to do this on one of my fermenters when i cracked the lid near airlock

    hey has anyone found that the crowns dont have a very vicious boil? thus you need to boil a bit longet to try and reduce down to an acceptable voulme to OG? my first few batches came out with like 26ltrs at 1.030.(efficiency may be partly to blame also)

    ^^ not a bad idea actially. u just use a hop sock or something fine to filter? i know my sock is pretty fine so i think that could work well, and waist less shuggaz :)
