    Sterilizing

I'm not sure about forum rules, but I don't have a problem with it when directly above they have 2 comments, each with 300+ words in them, giving some good information and advice.

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Thanks for the reply guys. Looks like a day one purchase for me. "Mini Keg - 4L (135mm x 280mm)" "Mini Keg - 5L (175mm x 326mm)" It looks like the heights are back to front.

    Pacific Ale

Love me some Pacific Ales. I'm only just started brewing so doing kits at the moment. Blonde Pouch or Can + 15-20g Ella, 15-20g Citra, 15-20g Galaxy all dry hopped working well so far. Have been experimenting with how much Dextrose and DME to add also.

    Ginger Beer.

How much shredded ginger do you need for ~21-23L?

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Hi Kegland, Why was there a week delay in stock for the Mini Kegs? Super excited to get my hands on one. Is the Mini-reg compatible with the 2.6kg gas bottle for force carbing them? I also noticed that the sizes in the title for the 4L and the 5L are the wrong way around.

    iSpindel Digital Hydrometer

Yeh if there are easy enough instructions to do this I would be keen as well!

    Cold crashing rate

I currently have a Pacific Ale fermenting at 20*C as we speak. I plan on Cold Crashing hopefully on Monday if the FG is low enough. I will probably go down to 14*C, then 8*C the next day, then leave it on 2*C for a few days after that. I'll add finings when I start the cold crash too. Should be...

Dangerous "Kegland" sticker on Co2 bottle

KegLand website lists Brew By U in Cardiff as a distributor. Unsure of the prices for a refill though.

    KegLand Questions and Answers

The gas regulator is listed in the parts, however I see nowhere where a gas manifold is listed for the dual/triple packs. Does anyone know if they are included? I'll be buying the triple combo later in the year once I can justify the expense to the missus. So I need to get all my eggs in one...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Looks like this has just popped up on their website, which seems to have kegs, gas bottle, clamps, lines, regulator etc in it as well: https://www.kegland.com.au/keg-master-series-4-kegerator-with-triple-intertap-ss-premium-bundle.html

Simple Kit Brewing step by step for 1st Time Brewers

It's just a mesh bag. I don't know what material specifically: https://www.kegland.com.au/hop-sock-small-grain-bag-biab-545.html (or you can get stainless steel ones) I don't keg yet, so I am not sure of the answer to your question, but I believe you can and that it would be fine.

Simple Kit Brewing step by step for 1st Time Brewers

I haven't experimented yet, but I have read that after 72hrs the bitterness profile increases. So 24-72hrs is good for flavour and aroma, but anything longer will make it more bitter and grassy. Again this is just what I have heard from others. Yep see above, but hop pellets in the back gives...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

If I want to install a KegMaster Kegerator (preferably a 2 tap one) but need to increase the font height (eg, by 200-300mm), can I install the fridge underneath the bar and the font above the bar, with a metal tube running through the middle? As long as the lines are kept cool there wont be...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Looking to start with simple Kegging. If I grab 2 kegs, and 2 picnic taps, what else do a I need as a bare minimum to get beer and gas into the kegs, then back out to a glass (eg. Regulator, Gas Bottle, 2 Way Manifold)? Any planned future sales I should hold out for on keg stuff KegLand...

Kegerator Bar Fridge with size requirements

Hi all, I am after a suitable bar fridge that I can convert into a kegerator that is less than 800mm high and 570mm wide. Unfortunately that means something like the Westinghouse WRM1400WD is out. If someone knows of anything suitable or can point me to a guide somewhere that would be great...

Simple Kit Brewing step by step for 1st Time Brewers

As a very recent first time brewer I found myself unable to find a good semi-detailed step by step list of instructions for doing my first brew (from a kit) with minimal experimentation, so from a few sources, friends, and youtube videos I collated this. Can you guys please share some feedback...
