    Another Neipa

Critical thinking welcome. Will dry hop on day 3 and set to 10psi at the same time. Only reason for pressure is to carb it up and help with cold crash in the chubby fermenter. Hop blends?

I'm loving IPA and NEIPA alot. I have been using the usual suspects, Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, El Dorado. It has recently been suggested to me by a certain supplier of hop goodness on facebook that you can't go wrong with Zamba, Sequoia, Trident for a NEIPA. I had never heard of the first 2 and...

    Storing grains in shed

Hi y'all. Looking at getting into milling my own grains and am now looking at my storage options. Water chemistry help needed!

I definitely don't know much about the subject but my understanding is that the mash will naturally buffer itself to a close enough range for brewing. That being the case I have to assume that your Ph meter is stuffed as it cannot be that far out. I have only used a ph meter on my last half a...

    A nod to Crankshaft

Would you say 300mg (0.3g) is to much, I based that on the so called recommendation of 9mg to a litre this being 33 litres
