Sorry I ment the beer taste is clean and vibrant from the fermenter, I transfer after a 2 or 3 day cold crash at 1c. I also do a closed loop transfer and make sure I purge the lines of oxygen before transfer.

Just pulled the pin on a Grainfather G40 and a 3 roller geared mill. So excited to upgrade from my diy keggle that started the journey, but as I have gained more experience the limitations of my set up have slowed me down. The G40 is the best I can afford and I'm really excited to get brewing...

Made a Neipa last Wednesday with an OG of 1.064 and pitched 2x verdant yeast packs that evening ant 20c, Friday night checked the gravity and was down to 1.018 so put in my dry hop of 180g and let it build to 10psi. Checked the gravity over the last 2 days and it is 1.014 so should be done. So...

I'm in the same boat but don't think I can wait any longer for the brewzilla even though I'm sure it will be a great unit. I'm guessing late year release but will have more demand than supply and I have been waiting so long already.
