I did it once, dry hopped 50g mosiac I think. but may have been citra it was a decent beer but even only topping up to 18 liters with good attenuation with us05 it was 5.2% or something . not what I expect in a american IPA ,especially called leg breaker

Fermented a week then added hops for 3 days then 7 day cold crash. My fridge is pretty tired so it takes 4 or 5 days to get beer down to 2. So it’s only a day or so at 2.
