    I went for the high end , like I do with all Saisons so say 27. flavour wise it was pretty neutral and tart. More estery for sure. I had a **** work day yesterday and had pounded a few beers. So my flavor detection may be a little off.

    personally I would've just guessed and pitched anyway . you could always adjust later with more water or some dex I do wonder why HBS anrt open sundays. its a potential brew day. plenty of people needing supplies
