    Newbie Coopers Lager Dry Hop?

You could def Chuck in some Of any of the C hops ,centennial , citra , cascade or some mosaic pretty safely I’d say for some aroma But personally I wouldn’t chuck pellets in loose as it needs crashing to help settle them out for bottling .

    Newbie Coopers Lager Dry Hop?

I haven't done that lager kit in particular but as you are fermenting the kit with an ale yeast ,you are making an ale and I have dry hopped plenty of those . do you have a brew fridge to cold crash ? If not you will want to bag the pellets or buy those tea bag finishing hops which are...

    Tres monts

So I have a kolsch with wlp029 about to be cold crashed. Like to use yeast at least twice for value so thinking what to do with the yeast cake. A little reading says I could pull off a Biere de garde with the 029. Used to drink allot of tres monts so thinking something along that line rather...

    Full Volume Efficiency Questions

I just do single vessel biab and a while ago ago I started asking my home brew shop to run the grains through the milll twice. it hasn’t made a massive difference but I think my numbers have been a bit better since. More consistent

    Full Volume Efficiency Questions

    Full Volume Efficiency Questions

I do full volume and it never made sense to me until I changed my settings to kettle ending efficiency rather than Brewhouse. I get 75 %pretty regularly but again that is including my losses in the kettle. So my BH is lower. I think allot of people boost their numbers in recipes. Why you...

    Tried everything! Infection again!

I’m the same. My brew fridge is filthy and I never have an issue. But I don’t use the tap for bottling cause it does worry me. As it’s the one place open to bugs. I siphon from the top into bottling bucket instead.

    Cleaning gear and water restrictions

Have thought about it. Not just for brewing but for the garden too. Not at the moment. We are gonna do some renovations in the coming year which will free but a bit of space. So maybe then. Will just try to cut back my usage for now. that said how many litters does a immersion chiller use...

The steam helps soften everything and I wipe it with a soft cloth. You an run this through your pump too and back to...

    Cleaning gear and water restrictions

Heya so with the new water restrictions I'm thinking about my processes .I use a ton of water, and sodium perc, for cleaning every batch . I just let everything soak then wipe it down and rinse . My **** is always clean and have never had an infection. but I feel a bit guilty about using so...

    Saison fermentation question
