    i want to do 23lt batches, I was thinking a converted keg, but If I choose to do double than the 70lt craftbrewer pot would be excellent but I am not too sure how it would go for singles in holding temps over an hour

    what size pot did you get mate? I was thinking the crab cooker from rays as well but i think its a bit small at 37.8 litres. I think I might go the the 70lt from craft brewer

    Third Brew Little Creatures Pale Ale

    I have made 2 batches of boonies LCPA and I can vouch for it. first one I made as per the recipie with the stockman draught goop. Second batch I made was with a coopers green tin ale. both have turned out very nice. Best beer I have made yet.

    hi jhay, I'm no expert mate but if I lift a fermenter there will always be bubbles coming out the air lock. even if I put slight pressure on the fermenter.

    cheers mate its got me stuffed I put another stubby in the fridge to have with lunch so I will see if I can detect any difference from the couple of tallies I had last night. I had the tallies after trying another brew I made which was boonies LCPA extract clone and it was bloody nice fermented...

    Hi guys bit of background on this brew it was just a k&K mangrove jack Gold with a brew enhancer. dry pitched yeast at 20 degrees and fermented for two weeks at 22 degrees. bottled on the 14th of january. But back to the question at hand my stubbies are very nice no apple or banana flavours...
