    @DJ_L3ThAL It's orfy's recipe from the net should be pretty easy to find ( I got it from brewmans brewbuilder) . I haven't tried the original but have heard good things so thought I would have a crack . I'm brewing atm but I can post the recipe if you like tomorrow if you can't find it

    Yeah covered all my cleaning in another thread mate basically left fermenters full of bi carb soda in bewteen brews . I'm not getting the soapy taste myself just the wife .

    First brew done and my post boil PH was 5.58 at room temp is this a little high? and if so is there any easy fix as I am not near a homebrew store

    Interesting may have to look at adding something to slightly lower my wort ph to get around 4 for my ales and see if this makes any difference

    Most hops are from brewman so don't think that is an issue , some are dry hopped but not all . Brewing today so hopefully new cleaning regime might solve the problem

    out of interest I checked both my current beers ph that are carbed 4.27 and 4.29 , I'm leaning towards the bicarb soda as my issue
