The supplier has also suggested to use Castle Malts App for phone/ipad/tablet. The app is called BrewMalt and has loads of stuff in there, malt descriptions and also their own recipes! Here is a link to the same recipes via the web...

I have one of these, works well actually! Although I did cut a thread on the shaft so i could screw a nut on with a spring washer to help tension and hold everything in place better. Easy to adjust the grinding thickness too

Yeah totally, not worth the risk with hops. So I said to my wife, we should get a vacuum sealed. She said oh we already have one! Fark why haven't I seen it haha! Also noticed there isn't any Pilsner malt. Only Vienna... which is probably nice for mixing with other malts in ales etc

Rules: All malts can be split in half 12.5kg lots. Specialty malts down to 5kg if enough interest. Hops by the single kg as single bags are 5kg. Quantify away peeps!

All grain by the 25kg sack. Hops by 5kg bags (pellets) at the time they were phasing out 1kg hop sales and only doing 5kg lots. see hops price list from 2015. I haven't got their 2017 prices yet. I'll fire an email & post back.... Edit: hop info

Yep it's their all day everyday price (excluding GST) I'd say they would supply slightly cheaper for breweries buying in larger quantities. Also keep an eye out for the new Coopers Malted grain products. Hopefully on the market this/next year.

Yes you can. They are open Mon-Fri. They supply Coopers with majority of their hops and also partake in design some of Coopers seasonal beers. And Ellerslie are growers of many fresh hops grown in Australia (based in the high country vic & some in Tassie. I am no way or means promoting...
