    Ive spent more money with KK than you guys because they have Zip pay. I see it as buy now pay later layby and I have an account that I transfer $50 a week into which is my hobby spending money and Zip pay comes out of that.

    Well I fermented at 33C and had no off flavours etc. Had a nice tropical fruit flavour to the finished beer. My son said "Too fruity for me.."

    SS fermenters are Easier to clean Sturdier and last longer SS doesnt scratch as easy as plastic can. SS doesnt end up with odours from hops etc like plastic does. Only down side to SS fermenters is that they are more expensive initially (But will outlast buying 1-2 plastic fermenters a year)

    Yeah I think I will go the mason jar option like Norcal use in the original design. Thanks for the heads up re Spotlight, I didnt know they sold them.

    Chronicals are only rated to 2 psi anyway so I’m hoping that’s all I need to push some hops into it.
