    I have the Anova and use my 30l kettle with it. Pre cooked pulled pork and brisket before smoking. Amazing results. Only need a few hours on smoker

    Isn't there something under ACCC consumer protection around companies providing spares for the gear they sell? These kegerators aren't cheap to buy, but I suppose they could always say they carry the glass doors... bit sh!t of them though

    I had this happen also. Replaced the dip tube with a gas in tube and used a cask float from craftbrewer. The hops fall to the bottom of the keg and this floats on top of your beer all the way to the bottom. Also good for 9L kegs on side in fridge

    I use an auto siphon with a hose to the bottom of the keg. It has the red hat on it so doesn't pick up too much trub. I always cold-crash prior which drops anything out of suspension in the beer and aids with CO2 absorption. I used to use the 2 min 50 PSI method, but now just connect CO2...
