    KegLand Questions and Answers

I doubt i will need to go under 50% anyway. I find with my particular Gen3 Robobrew, 1900W causes a little bit of scorching and 500W isn't enough power to maintain a nice rolling boil. I have bought one in the day or so they were available (didn't think this would be one of those big ticket...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Yes, i am happy with mine, it saves lugging buckets of filtered kitchen water out to the shed. I have mine hooked up to garden hose with a Stefani in line fridge filter, i think you can get a caravan filter which hooks directly up with a standard hose connection which could save a bit of...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

I've got one hooked up with 1.5m of 1/4" tubing and it seems to work really well, i think (this is purely a guess on my part) is that is uses the momentum of the water when its instantly cut off to carry the rest of the water through the tubing. What i do though is turn the water off at the tap...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

@KegLand-com-au Probably should have asked before buying but can you use a power station voltage controller with a Robobrew/ Brewzilla? I'm guessing you can, you haven't specifically stated it on the items listing that you can't, it should be good having a bit more finer control with the boil.

I did see that but they are in Melbourne and i think they prefer pick-up and most likely cash.

    KegLand Questions and Answers

I would love that, i have been wanting one of their voltage controllers for my robobrew but they are one of those perpetually out of stock items that seem to come back right when i don't have any money and sell out before payday.

    KegLand Questions and Answers

I think KL are developing their own digital hydrometer which will be compatible with their line up of connected gear (RAPT fridge etc...) The next couple of years could be very interesting, depends on how far KL want to take their RAPT and IoT platform. PS Hey @KegLand-com-au is RAPT the name...

A digital mini CO2 reg that can be app controlled with wifi or bluetooth would be awesome. I suppose you could upgrade the pump with a higher flow rate and pressure or upgrading the fittings to stainless or updating the stand to be more accepting to cornies which i heard can be a pain in the arse.

    KegLand Questions and Answers

@KegLand-com-au Been looking at the bucket blaster for ages and now there is a price drop and it has me concerned as to why. Do you have an updated model coming and are clearing out old stock? It's always my luck that i buy something and they either the price drops or it gets replaced soon...

Are there any "rules" on here for sponsors?

I am conflicted about the poll, im over it but damn if the playground happy slap level of arguments here isn't entertaining. I personally think that both KL and KK reps shouldn't be allowed to comment on their competitors product threads.

    KegLand Questions and Answers

I'm definitely interested, but have a few questions, how will they be powered and can you also make it back lit with it being in such a small form factor? Also will be just one unit to replace all or will you have them in incremental pressures ranges like your current line? I have a couple of...

@KegLand-com-au With the Fill-O-Meter to garden hose to filter setup, will this work with a 1/2 BSP thread? Monotight 6.35mm (1/4") Push In x 1/2inch Female Edit... With the nylon regulator washers... are they reusable for a while or do you need to change them every time you fill up your...

    Fermzilla

I think i have found a good balance with the dip tube with my 30L AR, have the ball float sitting on the bottom and have just a little bit of slack in the line. When i transferred my last batch, the inlet did go to the side of the vessel (other than a rigid tube i don't think it can be helped)...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Thanks, would a Duotight 1/2" female to 1/4" adaptor be something you would consider selling? This would eliminate the dicking around with different size tubes and reducers. I have seen some fittings from John Guest. I have 1/4" tubing from an old fridge with water/ice dispenser but with your...

    Muntons are gone !!

Maybe give KL a call, being the sole importer they might be able to get some kits in or at least find out why they are unavailable.

It's the surfactant coming out of the solution. It's been commonly stated online that its because the solution has been neutralised but water has to be extremely alkaline for that to happen. https://lifefermented.wordpress.com/2013/06/18/brew-tips-cloudy-starsan/

Where to buy a cheap CO2 reg

Did you end up buying one from Clever Brewing? I bought one from them a couple of days ago but haven't heard anything yet. Extremely annoyed at KL, their regulators were supposed to come back on the 27th but now after a few days with no return date and now apparently they come back on the 21st...
