I did a brew yesterday and i skimmed it out and found that after chilling/ whirlpool there was little muck left on the bottom of my robobrew, even seems to be less trub that has settled in my fermenter.

Thanks, in hindsight that makes sense. I now have some experimenting to do.

@KegLand-com-au Probably an odd request but can you list the ingredients of your canned tomatoes, i have a friend who is allergic to citric acid (330-335) and 99% of tinned tomatoes and sauces have it in as a cheap preservative. These might be a good alternative for her as she loves anything...

Their online picking can be hit and miss, i have had a few orders be fulfilled in about an hour but some orders take a few days to be sent. I normally make my orders on a Saturday and sometimes i get the shipping invoice within an hour and others i get it on a Wednesday arvo, Thursday shipping...

Also if you thinking of referbing a keg, buy a kit and do every o-ring and replace the poppets in the posts. Also buy yourself a small awl, makes getting o-rings off a bit easier, most cheap precision screwdriver sets have them.

You are still looking at that with the Series X, you only get the fridge, no hardware like taps, fonts etc... You do make a good point about lifting kegs over the wall for a keezer, my mate has one and he uses a small block and tackle pulley to lift his kegs, it might not work for everyone but...

Also what is your water chemistry profile like, there seems to be anecdotal evidence that by lowering your PH increases AG efficiency and helps retain hop aroma. Bring up your local water charts and play around with some water chemistry tools like Bru 'n' Water.

I have one plastic carbonation cap i use for counterflow filling PET bottles, might get another one with my next KL order. I might buy the nylex bottle tomorrow when i pop into bunnings, if it doesn't work at least i'll have another weed sprayer for my garden.
