If you've got kegs maybe rack from the fermenter to a keg and bulk prime there. This way you get the beer off the trub and mix the priming sugar at the same time. You could add priming sugar to the fermenter but I think you would kick up a lot trub trying to get the priming sugar to mix evenly...

Trub loss is what is left behind in your fermenter. What you are measuring below the tap is kettle dead space.

Great bit of kit here for sale. To echo some other comments, don't give up just yet. You could keep the pressure fermenter,fridge and a keg or two and still keep on brewing fresh wort kits. Yes it will take a lot of the fun out of brewing, but will cut down on the time commitment and space...
