Exploding Bottles. Fermentation not complete, earlier yeast or something wild?

You sure something isn't off with your Tilt. Did I miss that you are checking double checking your Tilt gravities with a hydrometer.

First AG brew on 40Lt Guten - Advice needed

The grain was likely dry near the bottom but looked okay at the top. probably lucky you didn't run the element dry. Up the strike water next time. Think you'll be right. Cheers

First AG brew on 40Lt Guten - Advice needed

Yes,you need to include the deadspace in strike water volume. It's 6.6 litres for the 40/50L Gutens. I imagine your mash was relatively thick. Did you recirc at all? Did you crush the grain yourself or buy it premilled from a shop?

What Is The Best Pressure Fermenter?

With regards to the picture I agree with MHB, let's not go down that rabbit hole again. As far as the OP goes I think the video falls short of giving a good overview of what's actually available at the moment and doesn't really explain a lot of the differences all that well. Good intentions...

    Best Conical Pressurised fermenter

I like the Apollo I've got now and think after a lot of consideration I just might get the SS version when it comes out. Still a bit hesitant to drop $400 on a fermenter though.

    Another CO2 leak

And you have sprayed soap all over the QDs, posts, and duotights? If it's s a small leak either mist of soapy water or spounging with really sudsy water might help isolate the leaks.

    Another CO2 leak

If you have isolated to the posts on the kegs I would recommend going ahead and replacing the post orings as your next test. You have you tried all QDs on all the posts, correct? I suppose you may find that one of the QDs is bad this way also and would not test them on the new orings until you...

    Looking for a whiskey recipe

I wouldn't take offense to the above responses. I think what the posters were trying get at is that you would likely receive a more informed response from a distilling forum. Sure there might be people on here that also do some distilling but they may not feel comfortable discussing it on a...

    Best Conical Pressurised fermenter

I only brew 19litre batches and my fridge is pretty tall so should fit most of the models on the market. If I ever buy one I will have to measure it all out to make sure first though. This is why I didn't include anything about a chilling coil or jacket in my list. I'll have to take another look...

    Best Conical Pressurised fermenter

I agree with the one of the above posts that the more expensive units do seem a bit over engineered. If you look at commercial unitanks they seem quite a bit simpler than some of the higher end homebrew versions. Maybe it's just the compact size that makes them look over engineered? Been...

    Tap spanner/wrench

Have you tried removing the outer tap first to help you easier reach the inner tap? It may be easier than mucking around trying to get around the outer tap. Am I right that you bought this second hand and you didn't assemble it originally?

    Leftover O-ring

Intertaps have an O ring where the spout screws into the tap. It looks a bit like that seal. Are any of the taps leaking since you have reassembled?

    Lower than expected SG

More to MHB's point of providing recipe and details of your new rig am I right to assume you have brewed this same recipe on a different rig? Might then also be helpful to know what that rig was.

Had my first Ag brew today everything went awesome

Are filling your entire kettle full of water? First, buy PBW in bulk as you will be using a lot of it across all your brewing equipment. You only need a few litres of warm water with the PBW and a sponge/scrubber. Recirc the cleaning solution to clean the pump and recirc arm and scrub...
