    Thanks Pete Finished off the keezer today. I know a few people were asking about the regs. Took a photo of the pressure range and part numbers if anyone is interested. I just havent had the time to search for them online. Anyway i just have to get some beer in the keezer now.

    Was going to sell the old girl but decided to keep it and spruce it up a bit. Also building a new brew space in the garage. More of a brewery/man cave really. New spotted gum collar. Turned out ok. Pretty happy with it.

    The regs I got free off a mate when he was giving his old keger away. Ive looked for them as well but couldnt find them. Maybe from a pnumatics place or backwoods possibly. This freezer is still for sale.

    Oatmeal Stout Ach so oaty you can carv it. Base of vienna and 18% rye. Dry english yeast.

    This is the same kolsch I posted a few days ago. Cleared up well. Only a few weeks in the keg. Tastes fantastic.

    Transfered wort from braumeister to ss kettle and fogot to turn off element. Element still has black wort stuck to it after 3 cleans sodium perk.

    Looks like a good one. Let us know how it goes. Simcoe and mosaic sounds good. I like the idea of using munich and vienna. Should have a bit of malt to balance the dry finish at 1.008.

    Klassic kolsch from the book kolsch. Wey pils 90% Wey wheat 10% Saphire 40 min 25 ibu Wyeast kolsch 3 days after gelatine and its clearing up nicely. Another few days and it should be bright. Very nice kolsch with a slight spiceyness from the saphire hop. Lacey white head all the way down.
