Malt Junkie - raspberry sour Really enjoying this one. Has a lactic tartness reminiscent of a kettle sour and I love the fact that you've snagged a very tasty infection. The raspberry adds a brightness to the beer and it is perfect after a long day of kid wrangling.

I pitched mine today as well. Same OG as husky. Pitched with some M-44 slurry. Smelled and tasted great! Depending on how the cube hops carry through I may give it a small dry hop.

Burrs are forming on my cascade and mt hood - no laterals, just burrs coming directly off the main bines. Very strange. Chinook is slowly taking over the world, but no burrs on it.

So was there a final consensus on cube hop additions? Am thinking 25g of Victoria flowers and 50g of cascade flowers and probably ferment with US05.

Is there a good bakery nearby? I'm aiming to arrive around 9am on the Saturday and very happy to order the rolls and pick them up on the way through. Also happy to knock up a coleslaw to go with the brisket for Saturday evening? Will make a batch of vegan dressing for midnight brew as well.
