Just wondering if I purchase a Berliner Weiss Fresh Wort Kit would I be able to ferment it with Philly Sour yeast to get a little bit more acidic kick to it. My thoughts would be that the Philly Sour yeast will not like the already acidic wort but I hope someone here can change my mind. Cheers

The new website is fantastic. Much better than the old one. I have a suggestion though, when you put liquid yeast on your website maybe at the time of the item going up you could add the manufacture date of the yeast. It would just be good to know if more than one package should be purchased...

I just got this Inert Gas Regulator for Disposable Cylinder (N2 - Nitrogen, Ar - Argon, CO2 Compatible with M10 Thread) for serving nitro coffee. I know the nitrogen bottle will be fine in the fridge but is there any problem with keeping the regulator in the fridge as well?

Also, I think I read or saw in a Youtube clip that you guys were planning on getting a Nitrogen Refill Station. Any updates on that or am I way off?
