    Bubblegum with WB06

    I ferment at 15 for a few days then rise two degrees a day. Always clove, a bit of bubblegum and no banana. I dislike banana.

    I hate living in the arse end of sydney sometimes, im on the other insular peninsular. Got a few brews planned where I will bottle the whole batch. Will they handle highish carbonation?

    Not happy with keg carbonation

    Have you tried the 40psi and shake like a mofo method? Thats foolproof carbonation.....then you can perhaps work backwards from there to isolate your problem.
