    Splitting a 20A socket

Yes, that's correct. Mind my ignorance but why is it pushing the limits of a single circuit? The total draw would be ~ 4400w through a single 20A socket (which is rated to 4800w @ 240V)

    Splitting a 20A socket

I have a single socket 20A circuit installed in my garage, which is placed conveniently for brewing. I'd love to be able to use it to power two separate 10A appliances (a 2200w element, and a 2200w element through a Grainfather Controller). Is it possible to have a qualified sparky knock up a...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

FYI I'd think there'd be a pretty decent market for pre-wired PID control boxes, for both the homebrewing and distilling worlds. The "sweet" spot would be a 20A capable device, a decent PID with rotary knob, appropriate safety switches/breakers, with two individual output circuits (to drive an...

Micro, Mini Keg Tap, Portable Keg Systems, for BBQ, Camping, Travel

That's actually a pretty decent idea. How have you found it performs (eg. is one 1.25L bottle at high PSI enough to dispense a 5L keg?)

    KegLand Questions and Answers

I'm currently building an upgraded rig and wanted to know what the performance of your counterflow chiller is like? How does it compare to the one sold with the Grainfather? Also, would love a "New Product" feed on the site so I can easily stay abreast of all new and incoming products.

    KegLand Questions and Answers

I'd been hanging out for one of these also, along with a 5L mini keg (both had ETA of today). The 5L's appeared in stock briefly, but then were almost instantly sold out. The tapping head went straight to Out of Stock. I'd signed up for alerts for both, but never received an email. I really...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Keen to see this fermenting fridge. Is it simply a more spacious kegerator that allows you to squeeze another keg in? I'm really looking to put 4 taps on, and was thinking of building a keezer. But in all honesty I much prefer the convenience of a forward opening door. The Grand Deluxe looked...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Any plans to bring in bigger kegerators (like the old KK Grand Deluxe)? I'd think there'd be a pretty good market for them, especially at the kinds of price you're bringing things into Australia at.

AUSTRALIAN REGIONAL HOMEBREW CHAMPIONSHIPS - 26 August, 2017

@Nosh Narrabri , how did the event go? I didn't see the winner publicised anywhere. Also, when can we expect feedback sheets?
