I have found a solenoid control valve suitable for LPG. Could be used in a gas herms with a big burner. Use the control valve to regulate gas pressure to a temp setpoint on a PID control. Perfect as a double batch HLT as dimensions don't really matter. Too tall for mash as grain bed too deep(but would still work especially if only infusion and no recirculation. Too tall as kettle unless you're not into whirl pooling. Highly recommend a short wide kettle for more boil surface area...
