Amber malt could be your friend. Alternately biscuit, victory... Or a decent % of munich.

Actually, for just a hint you might go with vienna, aromatic or a low amount of munich. I'm not great with subtlety.

    Cheers Mofox,
I'm reading through the ingredients on the Beersmith app but with my limited experience it's hard to know what's what. I'm quite surprised how "normal" the SMaSH turned out.

You want to add malt to an already carbonated beer?

    Sorry B.D.D,
No not wanting to add malt to an already carbonated beer, just after a suggestion on what to add to the recipe on the next brew.
    Cheers

Biscuit or Amber malt. Amber (I used dingemanns adds lots of biscuit but too much is not a good thing).

I've been using a bit of Melanoidin in some of my beers lately. Malty, biscuity, bready, honey. Go easy on it though, too much and it might be cloying. Start around 2-3%.

What style of beer are you using the Melanoidin in BDD?
    American PA's, English style Ales?

IPAs, Amber Ales and Oktoberfest/Vienna Lagers. I've been using about 5 - 7% in all these styles and it really stands out, that's why I suggested to start lower.

    Perfect:) Thanks
...I thought when I began All Graining I'd follow recipes and stop wasting time experimenting with ingredients.
    I can't help myself :/
