    How heavy did you go with the Saaz to get substantial floral notes? I did a Budvar clone with only a 90min addition at 2.3g/L. It was super close to the real thing but I'd like to taste the Saaz more next time :-)

    Martin, WLP800, I think it was fermented at 10-12 degrees (was brewed back in Oct, and I didn't take notes. Lagered for 2-months at 2-degrees).

    Lethal, 70g at 60mins. 50g at 20mins. 30g cube hopped - 20L batch. There may have been another 20g dry hopped. So, a shiteload of Saaz.

    It does taste nice though.
