Yes you can put it in the screw terminals. But the datasheet says 4.7K for the pullup, where did 1.5K come from?

Great stuff mate. I did the Siebels 24 taint kit a while back with a bunch of local home brewers. Lots of interesting smells. Well worth the money. I get Cooked Corn / veges out of DMS. Don't forget to smell your own skin between taints to reset your senses a bit. As for the current beer...

A couple of years ago we fermented a couple of IPAs at the end of summer. A bit of a warm snap and no fermentation fridge meant they fermented warm, with a crappy muntons yeast (don't ask). We dry hopped in secondary and kegged. As expected, lots of peppery yeast harshness and fruity off...
