I had acouple of pints of this yesterday and enjoyed it very much, a very quaffable session beer. With a plethora of very ordinary over hopped beers being labelled as Pale Ales and IPA's it was a welcome change.

I hang a fan over the kettle, pointing down onto the wort, works for me.

So can somebody educate me on the origins of Belgian, American, black, brown, white, red, and rye IPA ? Jeez I turn my back for a couple of years and look what happens.

Hi Matt. I had a pint of your bitter in the Earl Spencer the other day, not normally a fan of nitro, but this was very good. The gas usually masks the flavour making them all taste a bit the same, but not this one, plenty getting past the nitro. Good luck with the venture.

Had a pint in here today. Not bad, not exactly inspiring, but hey its another brewery. Lets hope that they dare to be adventurous with the seasonals. .....oh, and hello everyone.
