Well im throwing a bucks for a mate in adelaide, Problem being I live in Melbourne and dont know anything in the area.
Iv hired a house just off Harndorf and want a prive stripper to come in and do us a show in the house.
Just wanted to know if anyone had a contact in the Adelaide...
Ok.. I do after flooding my reg a while back...
So what should i do just release it using the presure release valve on the keg back down to 150 ?? or to serving presure ??

Hey guys.
Well kegged up a new batch of cider last night and wanted to force carb it.
I followed the steps outlined in the thread on here and had a question regarding a step.
So it said to connect the gas to the Beer out line then turn it up to 300kpa. rock for 50 seconds then "turn the gas...
So me and the my mate got it on tap tonight.. think we are stuffing something up with the force carbing as it seems pretty flatt. and didnt get the drop in presure on the reg that the instructions described but yea .. pretty good for a 1st attempt.
we are gonna back sweeten with either cherry...
Well mines down at 1.010 atm making it 4.3% down from 1.043, got it down to 5 Deg to stop the fementation and am gonna keg it tonight.
Planning on keeping it fairly cold to stop any further fementation.
Whats your guys thaughts on doing this ??

Iv been reading the simple cider thread going atm and allot of the guys use yeast nutrient and im pretty sure none of them boil anything in the brew.. so sounds like it should be ok. I think i read the directions on the tube and cant recall reading anything regarding boiling. Ill check tonight...
Didnt know you needed to boil the stuff.. It went straight in the fementer with the yeast..
The stuff i used was this i think.. I just had it lieing around for ages..

Got a question for you.. Had a cider sitting in a fementer for the past week and im plannin on kegging it within the next few days.. My mates will be keen for some more ASAP so im thinking im going to chuck in another 40L the same day..

Well my Cider is deffently on its way.. hit 1.021sg last night and im hoping will be around 1.005 by friday for a kegging and weekend sesh..
Just wondering when i should be getting the clearing of the cider. its very cloudy atm. will this happen when its chilled in the keg or in the...
I used a table spoon of nutregent in mine with 2 packs of US05.. really hope i dont get a egg flavour..

My SG was 1.043 so im gonna check if its moved tonight :)
