Did the exact same extract I got from keg king. One of the best beers I've made :) hope you enjoy it!

Wasn't a dark beer drinker but went on a brewery tour and fell in love with the porters. The beechworth brewery porter was my favourite and the sweet water brewery porter was really nice aswell

I cold crashed my lager, sucked in the vodka i had in the airlock, didn't affect it at all

Hey guys. Sorry if this has been asked before. Setting up my keg fridge and looking for one way check valves for the co2 lines so no beer goes back up them and ruins my Reg. There is the ones at keg king for $9.95 (black and red one), I also found these stainless steel ones, would these be ok...

Thanks yob, I checked them out but I was able to take the taps back and exchange them for longer shank taps

Hey guys. Does anyone have 3 long shanks about 60-80mm long lying around not being used. Purchased taps but need longer shanks for fridge door mounted. Happy to pay postage, or I'm located down the Mornington peninsula.

I had it happen to a couple of mine from my last batch on crown seal bottles. Few of them where able to twist. Once they were carbonated they were fine, no leakages.

I stuffed my first one up aswell, and Australian lager, pitched the yeast to high and fermented to high aswell, from misleading information... But it turned out pretty nice! You learn from your mistakes and can't wait to taste my second batch that has just been bottled :)

Thank you guys for your help. Should of done more research on lager before I did it instead of following the instructions from the brew store :( at least I know for next time.. Should I keep going and bottle it when ready? Or should I just throw it out?
