Overseas move - A few bits to sell (Bacchus Marsh, VIC)

I'd like to get rid in the next week or two ideally. Nosco just got in before you for the perc and sanitiser. Demijohn and Bluetubs still up for grabs though.

Overseas move - A few bits to sell (Bacchus Marsh, VIC)

Got a good deal on bulk. Would take it with me too but for the fact it's classed as an acid, so can't be shipped in a container. $50 to never have to buy sanitiser ever again. Got to be worth it.

Overseas move - A few bits to sell (Bacchus Marsh, VIC)

Roast, by my kitchen scales, they are about 2.6kg, so call it 3kg with packing, which makes it around $15 using AusPost's 3kg satchel. So $40 in total.

Overseas move - A few bits to sell (Bacchus Marsh, VIC)

Hi everyone, Due to an impending overseas move, I have had a sort out of my stuff and there are a few bits which I cannot take with me. All of these bits are available for immediate pickup. I am in Bacchus Marsh, VIC. I may have these bits advertised elsewhere, so I reserve the right to...

    WANTED champagne bottles, Sydney

No bottles to offer, sorry, but rather than restaurants I can highly recommend tapping up a couple of wedding reception venues. Ask them if they have any bookings coming up and ask them if they mind leaving the empties in a box. They are normally really happy for anyone to take away their...

    Star San

+1 for not fearing the foam. StarSan is excellent stuff. Mix at 1.5ml per litre. Lasts for ages, provided the pH of the diluted mixture is less than 3. Any foam left in your fermenter will lose it's acidity and become neutral in the fermentation, becoming phosphates which the yeast will...

Best option for a new fermenter

Do not consider glass. For some reason our American friends are still obsessed with the stuff. But it is heavy, slippery, dangerous and a bugger to clean. If you need further persuasion, just Google 'carboy injury' and check the images. Go for a Bunnings water container, as per above, or...

Brand new Intertap beer tap leaking

Easy now lads.. I have some SS Intertaps and I love them. I did however have initial leaks from the same place, and this was simply down to me putting the auto-close spring in the wrong way round. The spring is cone shaped, in that it has a small end and a large end. Small end should go in...
