Anyone upgraded from V2 to V3 and reccomend the upgrade? Ive been running V2 for about 4 years and its just locked up on me last time I used it (wont let me start or stop steps or change target temp). So thinking about donig the upgrade.

I did use one, but straight to the bin. Maybe your garage floor is cleaner than mine, but I wasn't too keen on sweeping up a bunch of dirt and hops and throwing it in post boil!

Don't ask but I dropped ~90grams of the Dr rudi on my garage floor when doing whirlpool addition so I dont have enough for dry hop now! So thinking about dry hopping with Chinook.

No idea, havent really dialed in my boil off rate. Thinking about it I probably lose about 4-5L from finished boil to keg.
