Thanks mate. Came with a cork so quite possible bottle conditioned with Champagne yeast. I was racking my brains for a yeast. Was leaning towards a different Wheat yeast, something that gave off more of a bubble gum or fruity finish, but I think the Saison yeast ideam might actually be a step...

Hi guys, Just tried the Moa Breakfast Beer for the first time and I'm keen on attempting a semi-clone. Just putting it out there, wondering if anyone has heard or has any ideas on yeast, recipe, etc, before i attempt my first experiment. To me it's a lager with some wheat in it. Label says...

Most of my mates down my beer without swallowing...but still feel the need to comment unfavourably on a 7% K&K honey beer failure I made in 1997. That's why we call them mates I guess...

Three that stick out for me. 1. Boags St George. Not sure if it's still around now. 2. Barefoot Radler 3. VB Raw - the stuff I had was definitely skunked. Grand Ridge Blonde gets an honourable mention. Bought a sixer and it was woeful.

I think I had a good time. (Can't remember some of it.) Where are we swapping/camping next Christmas? I heard someone mention we should head north next time. Where ever it is, I'm up for it again.

Is there a time set aside for the actual swap? I'm planning on getting there about 11amish on Saturday. Bringing beer, fishing rods, and golf clubs...just in case I find a decent course for a hit on the way home on Sunday.
