I'm a new brewer from Brisbane.<br />
Just moving from Partials/BIAB to All Grain.<br />
Mostly interested in Amber Ales, Dark Ales, IPAs, IIPAs, Single Hop (I)IPAs, Wheat beers, and Pilsners.<br />
<br />
Meanwhile on the side I'm looking into Ginger Beers and Ciders.<br />
Just small batches of 4L at a time. Juice from the super markets or my local markets.<br />

Also interested in mead.
