Its just my two cents, but with an OG of 1070, I think it's still in IPA territory/(upper limits there of). I reckon you need to be nudging closer to 1.090 plus region. Cheers SJ

I think the extreme cold causes the body to burn fat to try to keep warm. The average person requires approx 2500 calories per day to remain healthy and maintain body weight, in Polar regions this climbs to between 4000-6000 calories. Cheers SJ

My concern would not be the weight of supporting that load, but the potential to break/crack the inlet/outlets of the pump form the torque generated by operating the valves. If I was you, I'd be looking to brace those valves somehow. Cheers SJ

Hi Bob, I would have thought (def not an expert on celiac disease) the gluten in beer (from barley) would have been more of an issue than yeast. IF you use a commercial beer your yeast content will be very minimal. However for you're daughter you would probably be best using gluten free beer...
