Another question for Icemaster G40 owners. Did yours come with caster wheels? I've just noticed all the videos have always shown wheels, but mine didn't come with any. If they don't come standard, are they available for purchase @KegLand-com-au ? I couldn't see any on the website.

Yep it works. I've done it in my Braumeister couple of times but it's a bit of a hassle dragging that out for a couple of steaks. As you say, a lot of us have the equipment to control water temp, so it was good to use the BM to try out Sous Vide without spending any more money, but like paulyg...

Just a quick update. I filled the tank with water and that extra sound is barely noticeable. The main sound is now the compressor and fan which is what I'd expect. So I think unless anyone did the same as me and tried it without water, you probably wouldn't have known what I was on about.

Hey Pat, I like that idea of putting the little spout brushes in your taps (or at least that's what it looks like from where I'm sitting) instead of the usual rubber caps. I've had mould grow inside those caps so I'm not really a fan, but it would seem the brushes might allow a bit of air flow...
