I had two new taps leaking, a little bit of keg lube on the barrel of each during the next clean sorted out the leak and made them much easier to turn.
No-one's looked at the PID settings?
The reason I'd like to do some tuning is that I noticed a few updates ago that my system seems to waste 5-10 minutes ramping up the last degree to each of the setpoints. I've unsuccessfully played with the numbers and now want a baseline for tuning but...
I'm trying to learn how to tune the pid and have a quick question on the Ardbir pid ranges.

Clean the fridge well too after the ferment is complete. I had some yeast get into the door seal and ended up having to remove the door to clean it out a few months later. A gas mask would have been handy that day, it really was not pleasant!
Generally people cubing wort will do it at ~90 degrees and try to remove as much air as possible from the cube to reduce the chances of that shown in your photo.
Definitely worth fermenting out though and giving it a taste. Could be your new house strain!
Sweet. The T52 is up next for incineration.
I just checked on cigarplace and looks like the Undercrown and MUWAT are the only ones for which the coupon applies.
